Established in 1925, Paris Art Label has remained a privately held company, with hands-on management and supervision of all operations by two generations of the Tarantino family. Ronald Tarantino Sr. acquired Paris Art Label from its former owners in 1974. The Colonial Label Company was acquired in 1980, Tuck Automatic Labeler was acquired in 1994, the Goodrin-Athenia Label Company was acquired in 1998, and most recently the acquisition of Princeton Label Co.

The company has grown to 160 employees. Consistent growth in sales have been derived from dedicated service to the cosmetics, health and beauty care and consumer products markets.

The move to a state of the art, 44,000 square foot label manufacturing facility located in Long Island, New York, was accomplished in July, 2009. A second, 20,000 square foot label manufacturing facility is located in Princeton, New Jersey.
